- Master of Business Management (MBM) in Industrial Management
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Group of Companies, Hatchery, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Poultry

- Hiring talent: Post jobs, screen resumes, and set up interviews.
- Onboarding: Welcome new hires and guide them through orientation.
- Payroll support: Track attendance, leave, and work hours to help process pay.
- Employee relations: Listen to staff problems and help solve workplace issues.
- Record keeping: Keep digital and paper files safe and up to date
- Office supplies: Order stationery, equipment, and daily necessities.
- Facility upkeep: Manage building repairs, security guards, and cleaning staff.
- Event planning: Organize company meetings, training sessions, and celebrations.
- Logistics: Oversee office travel, transport, and asset records.
- Labor laws: Make sure company rules follow local legal guidelines.
- Policy updates: Help write and update staff handbooks and office guidelines
